And we saw how well “maverickness” worked in the 2008 campaign.

Hey moderate GOP, we tried your way in 2008. Time to get to the back of the bus.

Thank you, Ann Coulter, for helping us understand what “maverick” really means.

Pandsey is really good at window dressing. He was never with conservative leaders to break with them.

Graham is generally pretends to be conservative but has been known to flash a maverick streak similar to his mentor master, Sen. John McCain of Arizona.

Crying out to be fixed. Happy to oblige.

This was a given and definately no surprise given his “unless you have a complete meltdown” mention.

Grahm was always a joke.

He probably gave her his questions.

“Graham is generally conservative but has been known to flash a maverick streak similar to his mentor, Sen. John McCain of Arizona.”

How does sheepishly following the Senate majority and obeying the White House make you a “maverick”?

“Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham says he’ll vote for Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor”

Ol’ Strom must be rolling in his grave at warp speed.

“Lindsey is a girl’s name.”

So it’s a fit for Sen. Graham. ;-)

We should start referring to him as “Soon-to-be-Former Senator Lindsey Graham.”

The guy is a perfect example of what the Republican leadership needs to address rather than letters to me asking for donations to the party.

As long as the likes of Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Olympia Snowe, Collins, etc., etc., etc. remain as active Republican Party participants the addressing of letters to me is a useless exercise.

WE donate directly. NOT to any political party.

“Graham is generally conservative.....”

#####

I wonder what the commies at AP consider “conservative”.

The Left likes their conservatives on a choker leash, and like his daddy McCain, when it comes to the media and the DC/NYC insiders, Lavender Lindsey just wants to be wuvved.

Well, no surprise but I sorta agree with what Dennis Miller said - this woman won’t change the balance of the court since she’s replacing a liberal and the Republicans should save their big guns for the next nominee, who is more likely to change the balance, and let the Hispanic pass in an attempt to not piss off this demographic even more.

Funny though that the rats didn’t mind trashing Estrada.

He likes her for her activism on behalf of minorities. In his case for sexual minorities.

“Graham is generally conservative”

Bwahahahahahaha. Maybe in comparison to Obama. I would hardly call him conservative.
