get a bunch of the different kinds of home remedies

thieves oil, wild oregeno oil, NAC, vitmin D, etc

Learn how to percuss a chest.

You can actually have a person lean over the bed and do the percussion and keep going while they cough the stuff up..they did this back in the old days.

Don’t rely just a Tamiflu.

I still am not sure whether to use Sambucol. Some reports say it has been tested and other say it will increase the Cytokine storm. I have it but probably won’t use it until further info. Can be used with regular flu, though. However, you won’t know whether you have regular flu or swine flu unless you get the rapid flu test.

I'd reccommend a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil in your vaporizer to help break up mucous, and, if so inclined a small amount of Benadryl Children's elixr (about 1/2 teaspoon for an adult, but the least effective dose) to help break up tnacious mucous as well.

Postural drainage, and changing posture to permit gravity to aid in moving mucous out of different portions of the lung assists as well.

For the really tenacious mucous, laying on the stomach with a pillow at the base of the rib cage can help, as the patient's body weight helps compress the diaphragm and add force to the cough, helping push the nasty gunk out.

All are 'tricks' I have used with good effect in the past.
