Just on Fox Channel. Quote from unnamed source(s). No other details. Apparently, the Blue Dog "threat" has evaporated in the face of Pelosi threats and bribes. Obama called the head of the CBO to his office to make him an offer he couldn't refuse. Dems are determined to get this passed despite opposition from the public.
Rush predicted this the other day...that the reps would be threatened with loss of party support in their individual runs for reelection.
I am afraid that is likely to be enough.
Prayers for your wife that she not lose heart and that her faith in the Lord remain strong so that she may remain strong.
...”How about that overheard comment by Charlie Wrangel yesterday We are all afraid to stand up to Pelosi and Obama....”
What do you suppose they are afraid for..Their lives????
Cooper claims to be a “blue dog” yet he voted for the cap and trade bill, TARP, Porkulus, and the $3.4 TRILLION budget.
Folks, why don’t we just take this bill to the Supreme Court, have them rule it unconstitutional, which it likely is, and seriously blow this issue out of circulation for several decades?
Who is running against him though?? I mean I could go door to door and would be run off many a porch in downtown cause I am a conservative.
If the Blue Dog dems have gone over to the dark side, they literally have sold their souls to the Devil.

You know, I’ve wondered the same thing myself. Surely we have a right to choose a private option.
Ladies and gentlemen, STOP WHINING!!!! This isn’t over by a long shot.
WE (emaphasis on US) still own this government and WE still have the final say . . . . . . . . even if that means that WE have to “lock ‘n load”.
Get busy and start writing your Congresscritters!! Left, righ or indifferent, they still know which side their bread is buttered on and they are ALL addicted to their cushy jobs in Washington!!!
Little Chantal Dufresne seemed more at peace with her future or lack of future than many of those who surrounded her.
"Don't worry, Gampy and Sizzle will be in Heaven to meet me." Gampy, her grandfather had recently passed away. Sizzle, her kitten, had escaped from the suburban Montreal home and was run over.
Chantal was in her final weeks of an abbreviated life. A life that may have had a different outcome, if she had access to timely healthcare.
Chantal's parents were of modest means. Her father, Paul Dufresne, was a graphic artist and Ami, her mother, is a customer service representative. Both provided for a good living under normal circumstances but not enough to bring her to America to treat Chantal for her illness.
"I'm a proud Canadian," Paul states emphatically,"but when a child across the border has a brighter future, any future? If those Americans knew what they were in for? God help them."
Post Script: Chantal Dufresne passed away June 17, 2009.
this could have been anyone's child.
That’s the point. There are so many aspects of our current government’s activity that seem to go against the basic principles of life, liberty, pursuit of happiness. We have some really poor attorneys if we can’t make those arguments. But of course, in California, 70 percent of the people can vote to eliminate benefits for illegals, and the state courts can overrule that. THAT one, they’ll overrule. This country is so upside down I can’t believe it.
Guns a’ready.
Now we know what it is to be a mere “fetus” headed to the abortion clinic.
We’re not headed in the wrong direction, we’ve arrived at our destination.
A news conference is going to be held by Pelosi. I just saw this on the Fox News Channel.
Prayers for you and your wife.
Wherever do you get such quaint anachronisms?
My prayers for your wife. IMPEACHMENT for Obama.
You are finding gems today ;-)
I don’t know who is running against him. http://www.tngop.org/
