My company has a similarly worded policy. Not to mention the ‘diversity’ training we must also take.

And yet, they have yet to show ONE STUDY showing actual benefits of “diversity”. There are studies showing the OPPOSITE, but none showing any benefits.

Japan, for example, is a very homogeneous society, and also very successful.

And the Balkans would be the example of “diversity” and its “benefits”.
