WASHINGTON, July 22 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barack Obama shifts his effort to convince the American people healthcare reform is the right thing to do right now to prime time Wednesday.
In an evening news conference, Obama is expected to outline the case for healthcare reform as well as provide an update on what has been accomplished since he took office in January.
White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel told The New York Times Obama intends to use the news conference as a "six-month report card," to talk about "how we rescued the economy from the worst recession" and the legislative agenda moving forward, including health care and energy legislation.

I wasn’t talking about all job losses at all. I was talking about job losses from small businesses operating on very small margins.
That is good news! I hope things get better for all of us soon.
>Except it isnt a really real face. Odd.<
it is more close to real than what he shows the American public
>I would not promise him a vote. Just say what you have to say and sign it cordially.<
making this private because you never know who is reading and i don’t like too much info out there on me.
I was a cop, he was the local DA. I worked VERY closely with him on corruption cases and he is a hard nose conservative. He was all about not giving criminals a break no matter what.
certainly a political animal, but not a corrupt one. Would not deal with corrupt judges, cops, nothing. Our families even go way back together.
I supported him as DA. I supported him as a congressman because the republican was a RINO and a liberal looking for his own political pay offs.
The blue dog knows I had an 8 foot sign up for him on my lawn and I have a VERY heavily trafficked area that is a major connection with the suburbs and city.
He lives two blocks from me and if he holds against Obama 100% like he did with cap and trade I am considering another sign and paying for it. I don’t see any real republicans being able to beat him in 2010.
I am considering a promise exchange which I can not go back on. My word is my word. I want him to know I will do everything I can for him, if he stands to our ideals. Kind of sweeten the pledge so to say.
Knowing now the relationship, the politics of the area, the blue dogs mindset, does this change your opinion or stick to it?
I’m really in a pickle.
okay, so I dodn’t watch the POS on tv.
was I right or wrong ion my assessment?
.
It looks great potlatch
Thank you, I like it.
