A person in fear for their life will naturally empty the gun. It's actually a defense.

Something is wrong with the prosecutor.

If he is elected, I would say something is wrong with the voters.

Nothing that a good long jail term wouldn't fix, or at least "correct".

But then, that would require a JUSTICE system with more JUSTICE than exists in most jurisdictions these days.

Double tap to their head should do it. Then the prossie can’t
say he could live to rob again. Considering the demographics, I’d say the pharmacist is toast. Hopefully not in OK.

When scumbags from certain groups are killed in this Country there is an Industry that tries to make political profit and sometimes monetary profit from it.

Except that's not what happened here. the videos clearly show the druggist shooting the punk then chasing the other thug out into the street after the first one went down. The druggist then came back in, went to the counter, switched guns, walked to where the punk was lying, stood over him and shot him multiple times.

That is homicide in every state in the union. The DA had to indict or else he was not doing his job. A jury will decide innocence or guilt according to the law.

It's called "perseveration". I learned the word as a juror on murder trial.

Something is wrong with the prosecutor.

Yes ... he's suffering from a deplorable lack of tar and feathers on his skin.
