Massachusetts Care, A Model for National Universal Healthcare — NOT!!!
NewsReal Blog ^ | July 22, 2009 | Matthew Vadum

Glenn Beck took aim yesterday at the Massachusetts universal healthcare system, which liberals and many Democrats have touted for years as a model for the purported glories of socialized medicine. (Snip) Beck noted that Massachusetts is now spending 42% more ($595 million) on health insurance than it did in 2006, and asked rhetorically how the state will pay for an estimated $1.3 billion in healthcare this year?

I hope for the country’s sake we can keep the conversation at FR focused on health care as much as possible for the time being.

Keep ‘em comin’ FReepers.

We LITERALLY have a country to save.

Would people also please fully explain this problem to Ann Coulter and Laura Ingraham, both who support Mitt Romney? The ongoing and worsening “RomneyCare” problem is enough of a reason to vote against Mitt Romney, and he also has a “leftist bent” on most social issues! MITT ROMNEY REALLY IS A RINO, NOT A TRUE CONSERVATIVE!

You don’t have to look any further than the VA to see what a nationalized system of health care would look like. Any takers?

Question. Let’s say that you believe as I do we are headed for certain destruction if Hussein gets re elected. let’s also say the Rep nomination winds up being Romney (I don’t like him either) and that is the choice.

Do you sit home and thereby add a vote to Hussein total or try and elect a man who while far FAR from the ideal for us, nonetheless does NOT hate this Nation and at least has a strong fiscal record.

In short do you (we) choose certain destruction and an end to all we know, or a stop gap which allows us to put in place a true conservative next time?

Hey, I really voted for McCain/Palin for POTUS/VP during the November 4, 2008 election, because that was the ONLY sane choice and the ONLY sane thing to do politically. Palin would of been an awesome VP, IMHO. I’m really not a “stay at home voter” during any elections, from the most local elections to the federal elections. I have no way of 100% proving that on FR, so you will have to trust me on this. Not voting at all, even if legally registered to vote, is really just as bad as being politically apathetic, IMHO.

I do!

I will not willingly vote for a man in the primary or general who will enact enough of the same policies, fiscally, economically and medically, that will forever destroy the GOP.

I have reached a point in my life that if the GOP wants my support, they will not give me another "lessor than two evils" choice.
