Why would the whole election be ineligible?
He would be the president, until things got straightened out, which, realistically, would probably take us to the next election.
Why would the losers and the ex-pres, be put into power? Besides, do you think congress would let that happen?
If Obama is not a citizen, he was ineligible to run. The election was therefore a fraud and should be thrown out.
The election (which chooses the members of the electorial college would be valid. Remember, you actually vote for electors when you vote.

No, remember the electorial college vote is what counts. The supreme court would probably nullify the EC votes that were cast for Obama (because they were cast for a constitutionally ineligable candidate.) My guess is they would say the EC never cast a majority of votes for a candidae. The Constitution has a provisiton in case that happens, and they would follow those provisions (which I believe puts it into the hands of the Senate.)

Bush's term has constinutionally ended. There are not constitutional provisions for extending a president's term (thank God.) I'm really not sure who would be acting as interm president (or if we would even have one), but I'm sure it wouldn't be Bush.
The interesting question to me is the laws Obama signed into law (and the executive orders he issued.) I'm assuming they would all be struck down.
Elections aren’t ineligible. Candidates are. Get with the program if you want to hang out with us. (No offense proffered, but...sheesh.)
I now realize that you really are not intelligent enough to answer your own questions. I've always wondered why you incessantly ask stupid questions here. They sound like a four year old asking daddy.
Because election fraud is a felonious crime. Because America cannot condone a wanton criminal in the presidency, and the presidency is not a symbolic office. If you can't understand that, at least stop posting such infantile questions.
