Citizens of Bristol Virginia and other southwest Virginia communities and counties will not be able to access their hospital in Bristol Tennessee or other Tri Cities Tennessee hospitals and must go to Roanoke for high level treatment.
And I bet that will keep people in Virginia out of Duke cancer center too.
