Michelletti says he will not renounce the presidency; Zelaya return not possible.
Surrounded by countries ruled by communist strongmen supported by the Obama administration, Honduras is bravely struggling to maintain its constitutional sovereignty.
On Sunday (July 19), Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called Honduran President, Roberto Micheletti from New Delhi, to strongly encourage the president to permit ousted Honduran president Manuel Zelaya to return to power. She warned him that the “consequences” would be that the relationship between Honduras and the United States could suffer, if he did not relent and allow Zelaya to return.

Honduras should, if any “relations are damaged”, evict the base and set up air-defense of the airports, demanding that all US air-traffic use the civilian airport.

There was a letter posted on another thread by several US Senators supporting the interim Honduran government and disputing the “coup” characterization IIRC. Does anyone have it and can post it here? Those senators would be the ones we could write and call to urge a visit to Honduras.

Actually, all American patriots should stand together and get our Supreme Court to investigate the Kenyan’s birth certificate. If it can not be validated our Supreme Court and the congress should do to the Kenyan what has been done in the Honduras. All legally.
Our battlecry can be “Honduras is our future, Nuts to the Kenyan”.
The Kenyan is in violation of our constitution and we need the support of the other two houses of our government.
I raise the cry to oust the Kenyan and send him back to Kenya where he was born. This is to be done legally and with the backing of our military, the supreme court, the citizen militias, and the US Congress.
The abomination of this Kenyan standing up for every terrorist muslim, or socialist or communist dictator is enough justification all by itself. His friendship with terrorists coupled with his firing of the head of a car company and imposing his dictates through czars and his advocacy of racial preferences in violation of the equal protection clause of the constitution just makes it worse.
His attempt at socialization of the health care sector is also a direct violation of the constitution. This Kenyan is a disgrace to any freedom loving person. The only thing we can do is to educate those who in their ignorance have been fooled by his lies. We can also engage in the tactics of civil disobedience as demonstrated by Martin Luther King.
