ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Another ethics complaint has been filed against Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, less than a week before her resignation.
The complaint filed Monday alleges Palin violated ethics law by failing to submit complete gift disclosure forms in a timely manner.
The complaint is the 19th ethics grievance against Palin, most filed after she was named the GOP vice presidential candidate last year. Most of the complaints have been dismissed.
The latest is the sixth filed by fellow Republican Andree McLeod, an outspoken critic of the governor. 3 of the cases have been dismissed and two others, including one filed last week, remain active.

I think that every time something is filed against Sarah, I will donate to her PAC.
I just read the actual complaint McLeod filed after illegally submitting it to the Anchorage Daily News for publication. I might also add the ADN is knowingly complicit in violating Alaska law, but I'm sure they don't give a damn about that. The specific complaints are four (4) in number:
(1) McLeod had a picture of Palin from some function in 2007 which showed her wearing a beaded white hand-made vest that some supporter had made for her and presented to her. In January of 2009, McLeod filed a FOIA request with the state of Alaska for a gift disclosure form for the vest. She has not received the form, so a complaint is filed. Keep in mind that (a) gifts worth less than $150 are not required to be disclosed and (b) getting an estimated value on a handmade item like that would probably cost the state more than it's worth. No matter to McLeod...ethics complaint.
(2) Travel by the Palin and Heath family during the campaign and paid for by the McCain campaign. McLeod claims these are gifts required to be disclosed.
(3) The advice of Greta Van Susteren's husband John Coale on setting up SarahPAC. McLeod alleges this is an unclaimed gift and is a violation of the act.
(4) Unopened mail and packages received by the Palin family going all the way back to the campaign. Gov. Palin has already notified the state of this (in writing) and stated that there is no way the family can go through the thousands of items in a timely fashion that have been sent to her by supporters. McLeod filed a complaint anyway, alleging untimely filing of disclosure forms.
So far, nothing on the NY trip. I'm sure that will come at a later date.
This woman is deranged and obsessed. I think she may represent a physical threat to Gov. Palin. Someone needs to keep an eye on her.
I think it started after she was selected by McCain, August 29, 2008 I think, rather than after the election. After it became evident how effective she was the efforts accelerated.
I also think part of this is in retaliation for Palin passing the ethics reform she did in Alaska. Now they are abusing the Hell out of it to mock it and her. They liked the old corrupt way.
One of Saul Allinsky's Rules for Radicals was to hold the opponents (us) to the letter of the law while they (liberals) followed no rules at all. That may also be in play here.
If you go to her website, it appears that she is a fat slob, her husband looks to be a fat slob, and possibly her kid. Can any say “I’m fat, I’m old, I’m lazy and I’m JEALOUS?”
I thought she was a member of the Alaska legislature. Lord, she’s even worse than I thought. She just expected to feed out of the public trough because she was a Republican and Palin was Governor?
First, why did McLeod’s family immigrate from Lebenon? Second, why didn’t they keep their Armenian name, instead of changing it to a Scotttish name? Third, if this Andree is so fixated with government, why doesn’t she go back to Lebenon and fix that one? Just curious, these feraners always try and change our laws to resemble those they escaped from in their motherland.
One of Sarah’s closest friend’s and witnesses to the attack posted it on twitter after Andree’s last ethics complaint last week. Told ya, she is a crazy lunatic, she is not like the other loons. The other loons are doing it cause the DNC is paying them, they are probably paying Andree too but this one is a nut job
