I think I'd want to see the details. I doubt seriously that this is for a single unit of 2lb ham. More likely its a contract to supply a large quantity of such 2lb hams to Military and Government installations around the world. Before I get outraged, I'd like to see the details of the contract (the Statement of Work, and or/ Performance Work Statement). If in fact it is for just a single ham, then of course I'd be outraged, but I doubt that is the case.

The very fact that total quantities are NOT listed is reason for panic. The forms list every other imaginable specificiation, but not the total quantity???
