This slap in the face to U.S. citizenship and democracy was issued a month ago, but I was not aware of it until 07-19-2009. I wonder if and when it will go into effect in all of our states?

He’s a non-natural born citizen sitting in the WH.

I think that Georgia ought to tell DOJ to go pound sand.

Obama is throwing this crap out there to confuse or distract us so we won’t concentrate on one thing. He doesn’t have the power to do this.

We have our priority and that is a free America.

Every person in a precinct in GA needs to ask the County Election board for the voter list for their precinct and check out everyone that voted on the list in 2008. It takes awhile but then you petition to have non-legitimate names removed and then take it to the DA if they won’t comply and if DA is a RAT, take it to the GA Attorney General.

Only the Court can issue this ruling as every AG ruling can be appealed. We need to play smart and start locally and move it up through the channels. Motor Voter needs tossed out the window because it requires no proof of citizenship.

DOJ is a tool of the Administration and have no legal standing once it gets in the Court. It is time all of America saw that this Administration wants illegals and none US citizens to vote.

The ‘rat playbook for stealing the 2010 & 2012 elections.

Open the borders wide open, entice illegals with free 0bamacare & free welfare then have Acorn bus them to the election booths by the millions.

this is old news...

High Court won’t hear voter ID appeal; 2nd suit active

Associated Press

Tuesday, June 09, 2009

The U.S. Supreme Court has decided not to hear an appeal to the oft-challenged Georgia law that requires voters to show photo ID before they vote.

The move on Monday means a January 2009 ruling by a three-judge panel of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold the state’s voter ID law is final.

Critics have long tried to block the law, claiming it places an undue burden on poor, disabled people and minorities.

But Gov. Sonny Perdue called the decision a “victory for ensuring fair elections.”

Secretary of State Karen Handel says the voter ID law helps prevent voter fraud.

“Today’s denial of yet another challenge to our common-sense photo ID law represents a long-fought victory for Georgia voters and the security of our elections,” Handel said.

She noted that nearly 4 million residents cast ballots last year with the new law in place.

Laughlin McDonald, director of the ACLU voting rights project, said the court’s decision was no surprise: The Supreme Court doesn’t hear many cases in the first place and recently upheld a similar case from Indiana.

The next step for voter ID opponents would be legislative, McDonald said, but that would have to take place in Congress.

“I don’t think the state of Georgia … will change its mind,” he said.

A second lawsuit over voter ID is still in the state courts. The Georgia Democratic Party sued Handel before the 2008 election, but a Superior Court judge denied the party’s request for an injunction.

“DOJ has thrown open the door for activist organizations such as ACORN to register non-citizens to vote in Georgia’s elections, and the state has no ability to verify an applicant’s citizenship status or whether the individual even exists."

Which was exactly their intention!

Can this be taken through the federal court system for a possible reversal?

Obviously the bambi administration is acting unconstitutionally and apparently thinks it's all some kind of joke or game. The clown Holder also let off those black panther thugs so their idea of voting and elections in the USA is the same as that of a banana republic.

Statement: "Obama Justice Department Decision Will Allow Non-Citizens to Register to Vote in Georgia"

Response: Yep. All the remaining states will have this "policy" in place in time for 2010 election cycle. Goodbye America Hail "Divine One!"

Hispanic/Latino 18,000 43,000 140%

Hispanic voters up 140% in only 4 years? Sure that's perfectly logical, right?

It is time to stop pussyfooting around and I think we all know what that means. We will never have a shot at a “fair” election again if this is allowed to transpire. It has been hard enough as is with ACORN nuts and other trash but this would be devastating.
I am sick of watching our Constitution being treated like toilet paper. We have the DUTY to protect and defend it not just the military but us as well.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Yes it likely will, and I am sure the secretaries of state knew it the day the order came down.

Our elections are now totally corrupted.
