ALL of your appeals take 5-10 years. Your win but your life is ruined.

The BATF agents doing so get arrested by local authorities.
Federal courts rule against the state/local entities.
Local entities tell the courts they have no jurisdiction in the matter, but if they want to take the case up in a local or state court, feel free to.
