Obama is only part of the problem. As I stated previously, the federal government is out of control. They have usurped states' rights by completely ignoring the 10th amendment.
The federal government was intended to have limited and well defined powers and responsibilities. They have instead grown into a monster which destroys everything/everyone who gets in its way. They show more concern for terrorists' and illegals' rights than they do for hard-working tax-paying citizens.

My point remains that the root of the problem is that people have acceded to it.

If 100% of the hard-working tax-paying citizens refused to vote for ANY Democrat or ANY supporter of the Obama agenda, or ANY politician who voted for leviathan Federal government, heck if we could get 70% of them on your side ... you’d be in great shape. But you have this bizarre reality - millions of such people voted for Obama.
if people want to play the chumps, if they are indoctrinated with white liberal guilt to be a chump, they’ll vote like chumps.
As I said, there is no constitutional crisis. The ultimate failure is the failure of VOTERS to do the right thing and vote for liberty. Educating fellow citizens to even understand and acknowledge your viewpoint is the first necessary step. otherwise you are going out on a limb and trying to cut it off.
