Step #1: starting this week (if not within 24 hours), arrest Jim for treason, shut down FR, and interrogate everyone who posts to this thread. The whole subject will disappear almost as fast as BHO's BC.
This will get very ugly very fast. I'm afraid to even post on this thread (and do so only to bookmark it and give the above warning).
Don’t know if the Supreme Court should be fired at this time. But we should definitely reaffirm their operating parameters and constitutional guidelines and possibly assign term limits less than life.
IMHO, SCOTUS needs to go along with the commiecritters. All 544 members of the Legislative and Judicial branches were part of an epic FAIL in January. Everyone of them broke their oaths of office.
Also, according to my copy of the Constitution judges do not serve for life. They "hold their offices during good behavior"
I do not consider legislating from the bench, pulling rights and privileges for a chosen few out of thin air or condemning millions to death at the whim of some ditz "good behavior" or adhereing to the Constitution.
They need to go!

I don’t want to be a stick in the mud but maybe we should ask of this proposal the same question that we would like Congress to ask of their proposals- How much this is going to cost.
Besides a giant march on Washington, the proposal calls for every state to immediately hold an election, then within 30 days another election and then a huge Constitutional Convention to alter Amendments to the Consititution and then all of the votes in individual states on new and removed amendments......?!?!?!?!

Yes, they have but that isn’t the point. Americans need to be responsible for their defense and not put it off to some one else willing to fight instead of themselves.
We repudiate that part held by China. And any contracted for since January 20th, 2009, which was illegally contracted for anyway.

While not a Bad Idea, it really wouldn't help much. The largest part of the debt is due to transfer payments from the government to individuals. The defense budget, which is specifically authorized in the Constitution, comes in a poor second, in terms of spending by the government. Perhaps third after the Porkulus package is in full bloom.
I think the “We the People Congress” foundation is already trying something similar..might look them up!
Other than that (1 Million peaceful protestors to distupt (or coral in D.C.) isn’t a bad idea..it also seems that you are advocating the whole nation “going galt”-a national work-stoppage strike against Washington! (I could support that)!
They should continue to be appointed by the President, and confirmed by the Senate. They should also continue to serve "during good behavior". The one Leetle Change I'd propose would be to establish this "good behavior" by "continuation" elections either every two years, or at the end of each session of the Court, which would be every year. IOW, they wouldn't run for office, but they would have to have their performance approved by the People, perhaps also by the State legislatures, on a periodic basis.
Except for services rendered and/or goods purchased. I'd perhaps even leave out the "services rendered" part, and I'm a government (military) service contractor.
Obama is actually doing that, eliminating or at least greatly reducing service contracts, but principally in the military. He says he's going to increase the size of the army, but after he elimiates a bunch of service contractors, and only replaces around 1/3 of them with government civilians, the rest of their current functions will need to be performed by uniformed military, which will make the military effectively smaller, with a higher ratio of tail to tooth.
I'd much prefer to go back to designing and building weapons and other equipment for our military to use than doing what I do now.

Or paving the roads, with asphalt, in the summer, in Texas, New Mexico or the southeast portion of California. In the winter they can shovel the snow in the Dakotas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and the northwest portions of New York, where they get the "lake effect" snow, yards of it.
I cannot support trying to force a change of government outside of the normal electoral process - not unless the right to free elections is taken away.
If a group was to march on Washington with demands as radical as those you were proposing (that virtually all of the currently elected government resign and parts of the Constitution be repealed) then it is very likely that violence would result. The media would portray us all as Timothy McVeigh’s and would scare many of the very people that are starting to turn against Obama into believing that Obama’s government needed extraordinary powers to deal with us. Basically, we would be giving Obama his Reichstag fire incident - We would be handing him the rope with which to hang us.
Instead we need to be recruiting angry citizens to run for Congress and Senate against the incumbants in 2010. We need to throw massive amounts of money and time into ensuring that patriots replace all of the politicians who support Obama’s unconstitutional policies. But we must do this through the constitutional system. If we step outside the Constitution, I think that either Obama will win and set up a totalitarian state or if Obama loses we will enter a period of anarchy with French Revolution type chaos and bloodshed.
