Equally troubling is the administration’s view that taxpayer dollars belong to them. The money sent to Washington D.C. does not belong to the president, Congress or any government constituency.

That's symbolic of the naivete of the country regarding Obama.

Obama is robbing the country blind and changing the laws to make it legal...and our leaders in opposition are, at best, running behind him yelling "doesn't he know that's against the law?"

This is where I wish one of our cowardly politicians would have the guts to say, “You’re gonna take our money but not give it back? Fine. I will order the residents of our state to no longer pay or file federal income tax.” The opposition party to the one in power...whoever that may be...should be the polar opposite of the entrenched.

I think the governors may have more power than they know. Could not like minded states band together to challenge Hussein's unconstitutional power grabs on 10th Amendment grounds? I believe Scotus would have original jurisdiction in such a case, but I am not positive.

If nothing else, a 10th Amendment challenge would force Scotus to decide once and for all whether they will defend our Constitutional republic or be partners in a head first dive into tyranny.
