I have been so good about staying within reasonably normal sleep patterns..Last night I fell off the wagon..I blame my staying up on wanting to see if the babies returned..
Back has been out of the agony zone.lately, thank heavens...I just have to watch staying in one position too long...That means less freeping of course. Bummer...but I really like not hurting so much.
