When a cop is trying to handcuff you and you engage him in a fight because you are trying to commit a felony (destroy evidence that is hidden on your person, then that is attacking, what did you think initiated all that fighting?

I didn’t see where the druggie “attacked” the officer. He most definitely resisted getting cuffed by holding his arms in front of him after getting the first cuff on. I saw no moves in the video that could be called “attack.” Trying to keep the guy from swallowing the drugs seems silly. “Resisting Arrest” is sufficient to take the guy in and the meth is in his bloodstream and can and will be found.
