I didn’t see where the druggie “attacked” the officer. He most definitely resisted getting cuffed by holding his arms in front of him after getting the first cuff on. I saw no moves in the video that could be called “attack.” Trying to keep the guy from swallowing the drugs seems silly. “Resisting Arrest” is sufficient to take the guy in and the meth is in his bloodstream and can and will be found.

Resisting arrest is an attack, you cannot physically resist or wrestle, with a cop and think that it doesn’t fit into the definition of “attack”.

Once the handcuffing starts then the only way that you can physically stop it is by initiating a physical action against the officer which means an attack on the officer.
