I'm a Constitutionalist and am all for reducing the Fed, but bringing it crashing down to nothing with a pile of rubble in its place is something else all together.

See, that's the thing - I don't think it would be "rubble" if Obama were proven to be unqualified. We'd handle it, as I see it, just like Honduras handled constitutional lawlessness by their own chief executive. He'd be removed from office, preferably under his own power, then Joe Biden would assume the presidency. The question of whether Biden was legitimately elected due to Obama's lack of qualification is, as I see it, irrelevant to the constitutional succession.

Following that, there'd be the difficulty of unspooling everything else, and it would indeed be difficult, but it wouldn't leave Congressmen wandering aimlessly on the Mall.

I am not sure what would happen as I don't have a crystal ball and I will admit that I am presenting a worse case scenario potential. What you described is an orderly, sane transition of power -- a best case scenario. The likely results would be somewhere between the two.

But given the complicity of so many in the cover up, I am not sure that the transition would be orderly at all. This isn't 1974 with Nixon & a handful of cohorts. This would be the first elected Black POTUS being shown the door, and as you stated, even Biden's status would come into question. Wall Street would definitely be slitting their wrists. Some could believe that Obama was being "persecuted" because he is Black. And all this would be happening at the same time the economy is already tanking and more people are losing their homes and jobs. There could be significant civilian unrest that causes martial law to be introduced.

If martial law got introduced then it might take a real fight to get back to the Constitution.

All I am saying is that it could get pretty ugly before it ever got better.

That is one of the reason that we have a severe Constitutional crises that will get the Scholar's head (brains) spinning to they get blue in their faces!

If Joe knew, as I believe he does, that Barry is not eligible, he becomes an enabler himself!!

The next person to "inherit" the throne, is Nazi Pelowski and she also is an enabler!!!

Who in the world will be able ever to straightening out this whole mess???
