A heartless kitty killer hissed angrily at animal rights activists Wednesday, grinning widely as she took credit for stuffing the helpless pet into a 500-degree oven.
"It's dead, bitch!" snapped an unrepentant Cheyenne Cherry, sticking her tongue out after a plea bargain that will put her behind bars for a year in the May 6 killing of tiny Tiger Lily.

Re: 86
Understood. I certainly respect your ability to do what you did. Ultimately, animals are property within our society.
Several years ago had a young person throwing rocks at some sheep I had at a show. I grabbed him by the arm, “escorted” him out of the tent and advised him that if he ever did that again, he’d get his ass kicked in. He said “they’re just sheep,” to which I replied, “but they’re my sheep.” His father came over and was told in no uncertain terms to leave as well.
The person said there were animals more powerful than man. I disagreed and backed up my statement with facts.
Man is by far the most powerful animal on the planet. None of the other animals are even close.
You can tell how powerful a thing is by the results of its actions. Fly over New York city and tell me if you can see any results of the actions of animals from 10,000 feet.
How did that come about?
Yep.
You nailed it. And to amplify the “cruelty” part: The reason I checked to make sure the kittens were dead is that I thought it would be cruel to only mortally wound one to slowly die of its injuries. The goal was to be “quick”. It is how I would want to go, even though I admit that my perception is quite different than the kittens.
I am exposing a bit of emotional hypocracy but what can I say? I cry during chick films even though I know they are not real. :)
Too long a story for here.
Of course you had other choices than beating them to death, but we won't go into that.
Although man can sometimes find that he left all of his power in its case, unloaded, in the trunk of his car.
Batter yet — why don’t you put a man in a ring barehanded and a furious rogue elephant, also without weapons, in a ring and let them have at it. Whom do you think would turn out to be the most powerful in that fight?
>>Batter yet why dont you put a man in a ring barehanded and a furious rogue elephant, also without weapons, in a ring and let them have at it. Whom do you think would turn out to be the most powerful in that fight?<<
But you are removing the man’s main power. Of course he is gonna lose. Cut all the elephant’s tendons and see who wins.

:)
Yep.
Didn't you forget the part of cutting the man's tendons, too?
One year is a joke. She should’ve gotten 10.
“Itd be nice if people cared as much about an unborn child as they do about a cat.”
-
Amen.
I agree but you can murder a person and get only 10. Our system is flawed by liberal “feelings”.
Seems to me that somebody needs to get word out to the rest of the women's prison population about why she's in there. That year could pass very, very slowly. :-)
>>Didn’t you forget the part of cutting the man’s tendons, too?<<
That doesn’t always matter. I must ask, are you not aware that I am saying that what makes a man powerful is his intellect? If you remove his ability to use it, you have removed all his power, for all practical purposes.
The whole point of my original post is rooted in the simple fact that power is not limited to what you can do only with your physical body. It has to do with how much your mind allows you to do with that body.
The mind is a massive lever. And that lever makes man the most powerful animal on the planet. Sure, the elephants body is physically more powerful than a mans, but a man’s brain allows him to build an M1 Abrams tank which will obliterate a “herd” of elephants.
Man is far more powerful. By far.
LOL. It appears she wasn’t even sentenced for the break-in or vandalism. That’s why I said 10.
Now, that's a whole lot of additions to what our duscussion started over. Isn't it? Should said that in the beginning -- and saved us both a lot of time.
Anyhow, it's been fun. Take care.
All I said in my original post is that man is the most powerful animal.
Every follow-up post was merely to confirm, amplify and clarify that point. You inferred that by “powerful” I meant the biggest muscles, bone, claws and teeth. That would have been an absurd assertion. So absurd that it never occurred to me someone would think I was seriously implying that.
Without his brain, man is one of the weakest creatures on the planet and would have long ago gone extinct. With his brain, man is at the top, way ahead of whatever is in second place.
