Someone that would do that to a kitten would probably do that to a child, too, if they could get away with it.

My wife works with disadvantaged children. Over the years, she has noticed that this is becoming more and more prevalent. Although these kids have to be held accountable, in a very real sense the fault lies with the parents. If you never carry your children to church,if you don’t teach AND live a decent and moral life, discipline them and never give them unconditional love - then you are going to raise a pitiful human being like this girl. So many of our ills in America are linked to our declining morality.-—JM
