There is no Clintonian “meaning of the word is, is” mealy mouthing over this. If he was not born a citizen, he must step down or be removed. If Congress lets it slide then all bets are off the direction this country will take.
I think the ruling is that his votes in the election are void and McCain is president.
Folks, before ANYTHING can happen, Congress must be changed next year. Does anyone seriously think the CURRENT Congress will hold hearings on BHO’s citizenship status? Does anyone think the military which he commands will turn against him? Does anyone think the MSM will have a change of heart about they support him?

That’s the most logical scenario. Another problem may be that Obama’s COLB released by the campaign and on the internet is fake.
I don’t see how Biden could be pres if its found bambi is an usurper? His entire political career would have been false and all his votes, decisions, whatever would be null and void. That would include of course the nomination for democratic candidate AND his running mate would it not?

IF and I emphasize IF he was found to have been ineligible, that would open up a WHOLE can of worms ...
1. If he was constitutionally ineligible - then he would be removed physically from the WH since he was NEVER POTUS to begin with, never mind that he was sworn in.
2. All laws, Executive Orders, appointments, etc. that he signed would be invalid.
3. Would Biden then be POTUS - good question. He is certainly constitutionally eligible, but would the electorate have voted for him last November if he had been the top of the ticket. And I am sure that there would be lawsuits challenging him if he was to be sworn in ...
SCOTUS would CERTAINLY have to be involved in this mess.

After over a dozen lawsuits, you would think he would just show his birth certificate and be done with it....I cannot think a good reason why Obama would not show his birth certificate unless he is hiding something significant.
