A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after he argued that he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his legitimacy for office.
His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders.
"We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!"

If this is true, the precedent is nothing short of amazing.
Would want to know how exactly this even happened.
This legitimacy question may spread further throughout the military and bring things to a head.
Yep, I wonder if the military was waiting for an opportunity like this. Or even if this was done with forethought.
Sun Tzu would be proud!
Well it is one way of avoiding the elephant in the room. :-)
It doesn’t mean Obama is illegitimate, as the lady states. It just means that the question before the court just “evaporated”. Not sure of the veracity of the report. We’ll know more tomorrow I ‘spect.
Another freeper beat me to the same post by 2 minutes, you might want to lock this thread.
The question is how can BO rescind an order since he can’t prove he is a natural born citizen thereby disqualifying him as President?

The other, is the comment someone made about the Dept. of the Army "tacitly" acknowledging that Obie has no authority. This is interesting, as most revolutions start from the inside out. Just me thinking out loud.
I second that “wow!”!
Wow! and Wow!, again. I wonder what some congressmen will have to say now. Their asses are on the line also if they have been protecting and continue to protect this Kenyan. Do I smell high treason?
In any event it's an interesting development if it's as the story says at this point.
A problem they, the administration, will face is that this could get a whole lot people thinking what can I gain by challenging Obama’s eligibility?
I expect that Obama’s DOJ will have a talk with judges and explain how quickly command and control will deteriorate should this be allowed to spread to the ranks. Look for it to be quashed soon.
Now they will try to say that the order to deploy came from some general or admiral, but ultimately, those generals and admirals carry out the orders of the president.
There are many more military people who are refusing orders, too.
Really? I hadn’t heard much about this. Are they refusing within the framework of a court action, or just refusing orders? Not disputing you on this. Wouldn’t it be fascinating if individual soldiers were instrumental in forcing this through the courts?
