Bombshell: Orders revoked for soldier challenging prez

A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after he argued that he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his legitimacy for office.

His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders.

"We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!"

She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked."

A hearing on the questions raised by Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, an engineer who told WND he wants to serve his country in Afghanistan, was scheduled for July 16 at 9:30 a.m.

"As an officer in the armed forces of the United States, it is [my] duty to gain clarification on any order we may believe illegal. With that said, if President Obama is found not to be a 'natural-born citizen,' he is not eligible to be commander-in-chief," he told WND only hours after the case was filed.

"[Then] any order coming out of the presidency or his chain of command is illegal. Should I deploy, I would essentially be following an illegal [order]. If I happened to be captured by the enemy in a foreign land, I would not be privy to the Geneva Convention protections," he said.

Very interesting that they revoked the orders. This may lead to a number of copy cats attempting the same thing. If the Obama administration thought this was an easy way to make this go away, they have made a real misstep.

If this was a chess game, once again the “Russian”, Orly, has the advantage on the board. As a chess game, it has mostly been pawns up to this time. No major pieces have been sacrificed. But she has the squeeze on him, and revoking the orders has only strengthened her position, and weakened bo’s. He is being forced into a corner where he will concentrate all his defensive power. Eventually, he will just have to explode out. When he does that, he will be exposed to the final thrust and the king will be captured in classic “Russian” style. I think he will look very stylish in orange.

Taitz said she will attend the hearing to amend the temporary restraining order to an injunction because more members of the military have joined the cause. "We are going to be asking for release of Obama's records because now this completely undermines the military.

This should really help the war effort. The Taliban, Kim, and Chavez are probably hoping this becomes a growing trend.

I would not put it past the liar and traitor to dismiss all cases of service men and women by recinding orders. They need to do this until they be assured of a corrupt friendly judge to hear a military case.

"Well, either way he’ll lose control of the military. At first glance, looks like Obama is screwed."

Yes, ovrtaxt. In a nutshell.

I know what you mean. It’s like a lemmon. You need it for lemonade but it is sour as hell.

We need the constitution enforced on the elite but it will hurt and weaken all parts of the Nation to find out just has corrupt our “rulers” are. It’s not the messanger I am angry at over this, it is the brazen law breakers who make me ill. I know the corruption and betraying goes very deep in our government to have arrived at this ultimate betrayal of handing the presidency to a foreigner if it turns out to be true.

Yes, but speaks volumes doesn’t it?

Zero would rather make this go away than have to reveal all in A court of law.

The saddest thing is if Obama goes we get Biden. That's no better. Then it's Pelosi.

We have four years to suffer through no matter what. Why are conservatives enjoying trying to undermine the military in a time of war just to get a President who as bad and maybe worse than Obama?

The socialists will lose all credibility and their agenda will be stopped in the tracks. This will sink the Democrat party - maybe the Republican party with them for a long time to come. Biden is already a laughing stock of the nation.

Violence is not out of the question. It’s horrible that they did this - put Obama in knowing he is a foreigner.

His case is now mute. Case dismissed for lack of subject matter. This is more evidence that Obama is desperate to keep this issue out of the main stream. Hoping Judge Carter stays the course and does his job...

It is not undermining the military. This Major is protecting the military and the integrity of our Constitution. You say you have family deployed, how would you feel if it came to pass that the person who was giving the orders was a usurper? How about the fact that the illegal CIC, was not really looking out for our service members and compromising them to appease his first and foremost allegiance to Islam?

No matter how this goes down, IT MUST be put to rest. The ball has always been in Obama’s court, very simple, cost him 10 bucks, hell, they’d probably let him have the BC for free.

As far as Biden and Pelosi, who knows, I am sure there would have to be an investigation to see what they knew. Would it be a major crisis? Yes but we would get through it, much better than having an illegitimate Presidency, especially while we are at war!

This is about E-L-I-G-I-B-I-L-I-T-Y. We want to see his QUALIFICATIONS, birth certificate and/or Obama's natural born citizenship ejudicated and ruled upon.

A Marine very close to us and we love like a son was injured in an explosion in the Helmand Province, the call came this afternoon. We are all awake waiting for further word on his condition.

It would send me off the charts to find out he was deployed (4/09) by a CIC who was an imposter!

T”his rescending may have originated much lower the the WH. Command wouldn’t want someone in the field challenging the CiC. Also, resecnding his deployment may be opening the door to bring him up on charges stateside.”

on what charges?Military personell have the legal right to a clarification of the legality of any orders.Any orders issued by an illegitimate president are certainly illegal
