Jim,
The referenced article is very important news with important ramifications discussed at the link. By virtue of the fact that it is in regards to a legal matter in our open courts, the information contained at the public link is in the public domain. For some inexplicable reason the amdins keep pulling all discussion of this article. The only explanation I can think of is that they are playing amateur spooks and believe that they know what is best for national security. If this is the case, the first thing they should learn is that information is never secured through obscurity and once the information appears anywhere on the Internet, it has been compromised and they can do nothing to undo publication of the information.

Maybe I’m missing something but it seems since BO can’t prove he is a natural born citizen then he doesn’t have the authority to rescind the Major’s order to deploy. BO has boxed himself into a corner if my understanding is correct.

I think they’re just trying to cover their asses just in case. We are a litigation happy society, after all.

Sean Hannity reported it on his TV show tonight albeit briefly.

If Obama isn’t eligible to be Potus, he can’t issue any order either way. Is Ms Taitz going to fall for this? Or continue?

I think it’s the Army that rescinded the order. But that still leaves the question of why - and whether the 0 admin. pressured them.
To: cycle of discernment
That’s not the mainstream media, though. Hell will freeze over when ABCCBSNBCNPRPBS reports it.

If Obama turns out not to be eligible for POTUS, can you imagine the lawsuits he'd face from GM and Chrysler shareholders whose value was wiped out? What about Executive Orders? They'd be invalid. Cabinet appointments? Perhaps not, since the Senate confirms them. We'd have Joe Biden as President, and that frankly doesn't worry me compared to TOTUS.

If they're really as worried about Gorebal Warming as they pretend to be, this is their answer - report and Hell will freeze over, thus cooling the Earth from within.

Would he (Biden) be President? - he was picked by 0.

He blinked. We know that he doesn’t want this to go to court. Interesting turn of events. Wonder what kind of pressure the judge is getting. The order came from the Army so Obeyme is “covered”. Does this make the suit null and void? Hmmmm.

I think its the Army that rescinded the order.
They wouldn't rescind it without permission from their pseudo CIC considering the stay is about his eligibility.

This will be very interesting to see unfold. Now that Major Cook challenged and appears to have won, I would imagine there will be a wave of similar challenges. The discipline of the military will be lost, 0bama will have to face the issue once and for all.
The scenarios get scarier and scarier with each passing day of the 0bama administration.

A fabricated catch 22. If Cook does not deploy he is following orders from the one whom he has challeneged as ineligible to order him to deploy, but without valid orders he cannot deploy. The suit needs to continue forward but may not have a standing now! The Soetoro affirmative action fraud is doing his best to avoid going to discovery in a trial.
Is it possible he has been reassigned because of his challenge needing him to be in the states during the challenge? This is all quite confusing!
