Yes, if it doesn’t apply to the states then why does the First say “Congress shall make no law...” and the Second say “...shall not be infringed.”? And further, if she’s such a stickler on incorporation, why does she support the it for the First with LESS justification?
Do you believe the Second Amendment only applies to the Federal Gov.? And if you believe that is true then you must believe the entire Bill of Rights only applies to the Federal Gov. Is that your belief?
