Forging a document that would pass expert inspection would be the least of his problems.
The greater problem would be choosing the identities and signatures that have to be affixed to that document, such as physicians and attendant witnesses.
Those identities would have to be real people, whose histories would match everything claimed on the forged bc.
This is probably the reason you haven't seen a forged long form bc for Obama yet. They can't forge the identities of the doctor and others.
