Last week a job fair was held in Florence by the new company at which free health care was offered those that would be hired. At that time an aptitude test was taken by applicants if, that is, they had the $40 fee to pay to take the thing. The company claimed this “fee” would be used to pay for drug tests if they were hired. This fee, however, made some people curious.
The fee and several other curious characteristics of this company caused suspicions to be raised about its legitimacy. It turns out, there is not yet an actual building in which this Smosska Corporation is housed, there don’t seem to be too many current employees, and there doesn’t seem to have been any actual products created by Smosska in the past — though the corporation is supposed to have been formed in 2001. Even the original email address given out was a Yahoo account, not an official corporate web host address.
So, how does a company that doesn’t seem to have any employees
Folks who sign up for “smosska” may find themselves being shipped off for training as “community organizers” as part of the new civilian security force mr obama promised to build. They could show up at your door to audit yuor energy consumption, make sure you got your govt-ordered flu shots, or just “ get in your face” to argue about issues to make sure you vote the correct way next time

Interesting that this non existent company is supposed to produce medical ID cards.
The cards themselves will probably be produced in China if they’re produced at all.

Here’s the latest thing they’re up to in the Orlando area. I got this email yesterday (pass it on far and wide):
“On Saturday, a group of ACORN (now called Organizing America) went to various Goodwill stores in Central Fla. Sharon R. visited one in Longwood and sure enough they had a booth set up. She went inside the Goodwill and explained her reasons for disagreeing with the healthcare plan....1. it would hurt her children with disabilities, 2. elderly parents would not get the treatment that they need for cancer, etc. under the new program. She ask them to either have them leave or let her set up and tell about the reasons it isn’t a good program. The manager called her corporate headquarters to find out that Organizing for America did not have permission to have this. She went out and ask them to leave.
This is what one person can do....and should be a great example as to how we can stop this sort of thing peacefully. We will be having an “Elephant Forum” to discuss this as we will be faced with this over and over again between now and the election. In the meantime, if you see these groups around town (they will be operating under many different names!!!) please...peacefully...ask the managers that it be stopped by giving examples as to why it isn’t a good bill or ask if you can set up next to them and explain why it isn’t.
(in case you haven’t heard-ACORN has changed their name because of all the bad publicity and now people are aware of just what they are doing. They have been given billions of dollars by the Obama Administration, of our taxpayer money to operate under at least 300 different organizations)”
