A poster (sorry I don’t remember the name) suggested something to the effect, that, be it two drops of crap or a whole lot of crap put in the soup the soup is still something no one wants to eat.
Applies to candidates and pudding.
Posters who start spouting racist garbage ride the lighting rather quickly around here. Ask some of the surviving Buchannites around here how many of their fellow got the zot for spouting Pat's anti-Semitic rhetoric.
To paint us all with the same brush isn't just intellectually lazy, it's downright evil.
I haven’t participated in this conversation but I’ve read all of it.
I just want to note that in that thread, the picture was posted, and several people apparently hit abuse and several people jumped his butt for posting it.
That is the FR I know. I was on a thread like Saquin was talking about, the thread was pulled. Me and a couple others were jumping on them for their “vernacular” (I’se wants my piece of the pie) and again, several people jumped on the few who were doing that and the thread was pulled.
FR has 300,000 members (I think that’s what I read). There are going to be a few jerks in that amount of people. By and large, they seem to be good decent folks who love God and Country.
Having said that, I do wish we would not post anything near racist, it’s embarrassing to be coupled with people like that. People don’t pick the color of skin they’re born under but they do pick their politics, plenty to get after there!
