Most of my friends find me quite hilarious. Just because I hate racists and imbeciles doesn’t preclude a sense of humor. Of course, some people make such easy targets they don’t see the humor whizzing past their scalps.

The post you pointed to has no originating links identifying where any of those quotes came from. I was a history major and prefer to work from primary sources.

That was my point. One of my pet peeves is inconsistency, and the media double standard is inconsistency on steroids.
I don’t condone the disgusting tirades as can be found at DU, regardless of the target. Most of what I’ve seen on FR doesn’t come close to that garbage. Although some do push the envelope.
