I guess there is no low to which these people are willing to stoop.
Last I heard, Frank Ricci wasn’t trying to be appointed to the Supreme Court, so his past is irrelevant.

I’m not sure if he’s getting the “Joe the Plumber” treatment or the “Sarah Palin” treatment, but these people make me sick.

Where is the ‘empathy’ we heard so much about. The hypocrisy of these liberals makes me sick. This so-called empathy for the working class of which these pompous blowhards have bragged for decades is about to be thrown under the bus as soon as one of them threatens their power. Ricci was harmed by these people, eventually received some justice and now they are harming him again. A working class dyslexic fireman who studied like a monk to pass a test has proved to be such a threat to their socially engineered utopia that they now have to dig for dirt to destroy him - for this alone, Sotomayor’s complicity should deny her a seat on the court. Maybe they’ll break into his email, or check his state records like they did to Joe the Plumber, or maybe his daughter is a coke addict like Biden’s. These people have no decency when there is political power to steal, in their Machiavellian world, and like good communists, the ends justifies the means.

Sotomayor is so wrong on this issue, as in Obama, that they don’t have the guts to stand and defend their egregious position. Since theirs is an indefensible argument and politically rejected by the majority of Americans - they resort to ad hominem attacks and their chosen victim is a dyslexic fireman who struggled to pass a promotion test. This will backfire, because frankly, as much as Ricci was wrongfully harmed, he is not the issue on these neo-Nuremberg legal decisions that quota queen Sotomayor champions. Chief Justice Roberts said it right - ‘if you want to end racism then you have to end racism!’

"The whole business of getting Supreme Court nominees through the process has become bloodsport," ...

Just damn. I am getting so tired of the inference that this is a two-way street. The corrupt Dems are the only party that treats this process without any respect for the person, regardless of their career. Sotomayor is completely unqualified for this position and the only thing her critics are bringing up is her well documented poor record. And the Dems response is not to defend her record but to attack an individual who was harmed by her atrociously biased judicial decision!!

There it is. The left in action. The word is out. Now every little liberal will spring into action. Each little liberal knows his/her role. Little liberals who work for police departments will use their job to look up information on this man. Little liberals who work in government offices will look up Ricci and see what they can find. Oh, he has a parking ticket outstanding? Well, the media would love to know about that. What? His neighbor says that he drinks beer with his buddies and talks loud! Well, we feminazis can’t have that kind of male bonding.

What the hell does it matter what he has or hasn't done in the past?? The only salient question of the New Haven firefighters case is "were they discriminated against". I don't care if Ricci has quit 50 jobs or is a butthole employee or whatever, it has nothing to do with the case at hand.
Of course, my point makes no sense to a bloodsucker.

Sort of overlooks the fact that there was more than one firefighter in that lawsuit!
