What the hell does it matter what he has or hasn't done in the past?? The only salient question of the New Haven firefighters case is "were they discriminated against". I don't care if Ricci has quit 50 jobs or is a butthole employee or whatever, it has nothing to do with the case at hand.

Amen. Ricci, whoever and whatever he is, simply gave sotomayor the opportunity to give in to her corrupt ethnic bias, and she jumped at the chance. Doesn’t matter his motivation, religion, socioeconomic status, background, legal history or anything else. She’s the perp, and she’s guilty as hell.
