Of course they can be manipulated. They're also unreliable, exhorbitantly expensive, and slow the process for the voters. They're known to generate fake votes, switch votes, and lose votes. The USA and other nations will be pillaged by those who control 'elections'.

Machines or paper ballots? Won’t matter. ACORN will take care of that.

People distrust the whole voting apparatus. With good reason.

I’m not sure what you mean. Are you saying that ACORN would be building, programming, or hacking electronic ‘voting’ systems?

Please clarify, if you will. What processes have resulted in the effects seen today on the US economy, as compared to those taken in only the most recent administration?

How does one define “conservative”?

I’m not sure why you say that.

Even eunuchs can't protect the ballots or the harem....from those so evil as to violate the secret ballot and its box of sacristy....

When this occurs, the people have the power to right the wrong...by any means necessary.

My point is, honesty, integrity, and respect of our system of government is on the wane....by those that believe violation of the ballot box is an acceptable means of winning.

The electronics make vote fraud possible on a scale never before seen in history.

Thanks for the clarification.

Even if absolute election integrity remains an elusive goal, that can’t justify passive acceptance of massive vote fraud such as is now possible with the electronics.

Studies were done by Princeton University’s computer science professor, Edward Felten. They showed polling places would monitor print outs of peoples votes. Then groups of votes would be added to change the outcome of elections. The Professor demonstrated multiple times how this is done through electronically accessing the smartcards, manufactured by Lockheed-Martin and Diebold.

I agree with you that excessive spending is inadvisable, as is a failure to calculate the return on any investment.

Send Congress home.....like Texas, allow them to reek havoc only in odd years and for a maximum of 140 days.....NO SPECIAL SESSIONS. We'd be protected in even years....instead of under threat everyday but holidays and vacations.....
