Some schools in our area do an opt out form that needs to be filled out instead of a permission form. I would assume same there. They actually take insurance information. The year my son was going part time I told them that if he had an emergency hosptialization to say he was fully insured, but that there was NOTHING that the school could to to him without my knowlege and consent.
