You probably have heard something about this - voter intimidation during last November's election, but this kind of brings it around full-circle. This includes the event involved, observations from those involved, and DOJ's astonishing decision.
I suggest anyone who voted at that location contact a class-action lawyer, then find ten others who voted under this intimidation and sue the hell out of them. Sue the Black Panthers, the local election officials who allowed this, the building where the poll was held, and finally the two thugs in the video.
There is clearly (by the videotape alone) enough evidence that your civil rights were violated. A civil award may not be the right thing (they ought to be in jail) but it may send a signal to these people that if youwant to intimidate people, we’re going to take your house, your car, everything we can find in your life that you love we’re taking it because you trampled on my civil rights.
Be sure to have the case moved out of Philadelphia and into the suburbs and let a jury of hard-working Americans see this crap and find out it’s not a movie. The damages would be high.
There has not been enough outcry in the state of PA on this.
Fast Eddy has been silent, of course. Holder is Black, THE ONE is Black, and for all we know the political operative who ordered a shutdown on the case is Black or a LIB Jewish type. That’s my take for now.
