I will NOT vote for Romney. That is final. The man is a RINO.

By 2012 the landscape will be different so it is almost pointless to speculate now.

Remember, GOP and Conservatism are not one in the same.

I would vote for Palin because I believe she would try to check out of control government and spending. Sarah Palin is the first person, in a decade, to warn about big government hurting the little guy/girl.

Groupthink from a conservative site about the most popular conservative candidate is one thing but what bothers people is your repetition of purely personal negative opinion about that candidate purely to get a rise out of people.

Reading your posting history is more of the same, you never say anything useful you just like throwing a wet blanket on every thread which is fine but to keep it up post after post after post simply to annoy people, is more like being an attention whore.

I Support Sarah Palin. She has the right to endorse anyone she wants. I have the right to disagree from time to time. I agree with her 95 percent of the time.

Rick Perry is the only person I can say—if he were nominated—I would campaign totally against. The guy is Blago from the south. He is a nanny-state governor who cannot be trusted one bit.

I agree. He says some nice things but I've seen enough of his record to know conservatives shouldn't be quick to endorse this guy.

It's not just a "purely personal negative opinion" about Palin. I feel this are valid concerns. Hell I even LIKE HER VIEWS (as I have said on occasion and which seems to be ignored more and more), I just seriously doubt her chances as a Presidential candidate.

Please let us have some new blood that are true conservatives not also ran retread democrat/socialists/RINOs etc. Lets have some fresh young blood that aren't multimillionaires - please.

Here here! (except the part about multimillionaires. I have nothing against someone that has earned their money.) A true leader will need to emerge and take over the GOP from the bottom up and pushing aside the RINOs that currently run the show. I think it's way too early to state who that will be, but it has to be a solid conservative or the results will be the same as in '08. Running as lib lite doesn't work. That said, I think Palin has the energy, solid values, and grit that it takes.

A "threat"? Romney got his clock cleaned by McCain McLame. Romney seemed somewhat good at first but he started going whacko. He was all for the bailout bonanaza that is now killing our economy.
