Barack Obama's approval rating hit a new low of 56% in the most recent survey (7/5-7/7), according to Gallup. His "Disapprove" number also hit a new high of 36%.

My prediction? At some point, his negatives are going to get high enough that people are going to believe it’s OK to dislike him and start bashing him and then his popularity is going to drop through the floor, just like Bush’s did.

The sampling is the media. Can you imagine how bad his numbers would be if they actually polled taxpayers?

Its kind of embarassing, actually, to have to share the planet with "Obama supporters". Its kind of like having to live with some kind of vermin...and have people try to make you like it.

It won't happen until the media decide there's more eyeballs to be had from anti-O items than from O-dulation. Sad, but that's what is needed for a mass turnaround in the current state of our society.
The current changes in opinion are a good start, but he's got to get a lot more frayed around the edges before the bandwagon effect kicks in.

The difference here is that the State Run Media, does not seem to be helping him that much with all their “thrill” up their legs reporting.
Bush was portrayed as a moron and worse by the media, Hollywood, Congress etc on a daily basis.
He is helped by the fact that 96 pct of the blacks support him only because he is black
