David Letterman bid Sarah Palin farewell in his monologue on Tuesday night by attacking her. Letterman joked that in the future, she hopes to be the next "octo-mom." Letterman also knocked Palin and claimed she waved goodbye to Russia before she left office.

I noticed that the show’s audience was applauding more rather than laughing. To me it appears that the flashing laugh signs have be replaced by applause and there are plants in the audience. I wonder what the ‘’warm-up’’ is like prior to the taping. Does the show still have a live audience or is it all canned like the weekly comedy shows.

Letterman seems to have an unhealthy obsession over the Palin’s intimate habits (mother and daughters). Back in the good old days, he would have been tarred, feathered and run out of town for making those types of remarks about a lady. Pervert.

I’m not a Sarahbot, but I’m getting really sick of this kind of crap. I just put some feedback in at CBS.com telling them I will not watch Letterman again, ever, (not that I did). Also let them know that I’ll watch local news on any station other than the CBS affiliate.
