Palin Blasts Critics, Urges Fight Against Big Gov't (Taking the fight to the enemies)

Gov. Sarah Palin was coy about her presidential aspirations but criticized both President Obama and the Republican Party in her first interview since announcing she was stepping down as governor of Alaska.

Standing astride a fishing boat she would later climb aboard to haul in fishing nets and salmon, Palin expressed bitterness at bloggers who peppered her with ethics accusations, whom she said brought government in Alaska to a grinding halt.

"The critics want to put you on a course of personal bankruptcy, so you can't afford to serve," she said, calling the attacks "bull crap."

......................

Pa. lin also decried the state of the American media and said news coverage of her children was unfair.

"Most candidates, most public officials get to look into a camera and say, 'you better leave your hands off my kids,'" she said. "Well I haven't been able to say that. And that double standard that's been applied, that's been a little bit frustrating."

Does anyone know where to contribute to her defense funds or if she has any?

Well, then say it. Jeez.

You go girl!!! Oh, how this woman resonates with me. I’ve never felt so strongly about a female candidates’ presence or potential.

Being a self made, pay your own way person myself, her work and personal ethic are so positive and invigorating. I’ll support her in any way I can.

Palin expressed bitterness at bloggers who peppered her with ethics accusations, whom she said brought government in Alaska to a grinding halt.

To be frank, she did open that door on herself... not by personal wrongdoing, but by too trustingly crafting new ethics rules that she thought the wicked would never abuse. I think the ensuing hard knocks are a valuable lesson for her if she considers making a run for the White House. If she gets in there, she has to remember the world is full of sharks and she can't be a minnow.

She found it kind of hard to get them back into the private sphere after McCain’s folks insisted she bring them out and things started to get over-spicy with Bristol and her boyfriend. This respite from being a politician will give Sarah the much needed space to get them back into some semblance of a private life.

You know, I wasn't trying to be funny. She said she hasn't been able to say it. Well, why not? She's had several one on ones and she hasn't said it.

If she wants to say it, then say it.

She plays the victim card almost as much Eeyore.

Well, now that she is a non-politician, I would expect that is rather obvious.

What I wouldn't give to have Sarah in the White House now instead of the embarrassing, America hating couple that currently occupies it.
