I wonder if the Punahou School would have a copy of his long form BC in their files.

Possibly. Also Occidental College, and maybe Columbia as well. Perhaps the state of Illinois would have a copy, since I think you need one, or a naturalization certificate to get a license to practice law. If he got a driver's license in Hawaii, there's probably a copy associated with that as well. Or if he never got a license until he moved to the mainland to attend Occidental, California might have a copy.

I had no problems asking about a patient if he were in the hospital over the phone.

Funny that I can ask to see if a patient is in a hospital and his room number from a hospital directory service over the phone and get it, but this hospital will not confirm or deny if Obama was born there 48 years ago.

Nor will they confirm if his mother was admitted in the circa 1961 time frame. I guess she still has a right to privacy, despite being dead for a goodly number of years.

Could be worth 5 to 10 million. colmado_naranja had a bid of over a million before his ebay listing got pulled. How much did Ocean’s 11 get for knocking off the casino?

He would however not fit the Constitutional eligibilty as a natural born citizen. I want that damned Constitution to mean something, and this lying commie freak is pissing upon it and laughing at the dead republic he has succeeded in slaying. If the federal oligarchs can deny We Te People standing to challenge this fecal Chicago floater, then the Constitutional contract is no longer in force, abrogated by the federal oligarchs now paddling the canoe down the sewer.

I went to Occidental the same time Obama was. At the time they were very proud of having as many foreign students as possible for a diverse and worldly college experience. If you were foreign it was really easy to get a scholarship and have entrance standards waived.

It seems very likely he was a foreign student. Why else hide his records?

I’ve got another theory. Obama Sr., after two years of going to college in the US, he left for a summer Kenyan visit before fall classes began and took his pregnant wife with him.

Well, they could say he WAS NOT born there and not violate any law or ethical practice.

Which leads me to believe he was born there...the commie bastard.

Forget Illinois, they have the distinction of being one of his more famous enablers, falling down to accomodate him when he lied that he had not used any other name than Barack Hussein Obama in the past when he applying to the Illionois Bar Association.

Please consider that the hospital may have asked the patient if he wanted the hospital to disclose that information at the time of admission.

Our church distributed model authorizations to our elderly and frequently ill members when HIPAA first became law. It had become a problem that we would not know they were there and could not find out and thus could not visit them, find out if they needed us to bring them something from home or feed their cat and mow their law.

Now the local hospitals include various HIPPAA authorizations as part of the admissions process.

I think Republicans should make a show of rather ostentatiously releasing their birth certificates to the press. Don’t point fingers. Just release their own.

Why would you have to have permission to say “no records?” This doesn’t make sense. My reading is that they are saying they have records, but cannot provide them.

Considering the stuff that goes on in the MSM these days, discussion of Obama’s BC is small potatoes. Nobody looks like freaks and those interested in it have every right to voice their interest. I think it’s odd that he won’t produce it, and the refusal only peaks more interest. As long as the refusal continues, this discussion is not going away. And I don’t think saying posters appear as freaks is going to make the subject go away.

Yep, I agree.

How about Pres__ent. That way people ask what’s going on and you say he hasn’t provided any ID.

I still like _Resident, because that’s all he is. He may not even be a citizen.

Your argument is specious and based on a false premise.

This search for truth is imperative to the Constitutions...the base law of our country.

Too bad we couldn’t get a copy of his mother’s passport showing when she entered the country.
