TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras -- Thousands of people swarmed Tegucigalpa's airport Sunday in a raucous and sometimes violent cry to demand the return of toppled President Manuel Zelaya, whose homecoming was postponed when authorities here refused to let his plane land.
Zelaya was spirited out of his country a week ago, when soldiers executing a court order for his arrest hustled him onto a plane to Costa Rica. Zelaya, accompanied Sunday by....

From an email forwarded from someone in Honduras...
Supporters of the ousted President stormed the airport runway, and in the process, two people were killed. The saddest part of that tragic event is that I believe the President had no intention of landing in Tegucigalpa. His plane flew over the runway twice, and, when he found it blocked by military vehicles, he flew on to Nicaragua, and then to El Salvador, where all of the leftist leaders of Latin America were waiting to greet him.
If they had thought that he was going to land in Honduras, why were they all waiting for him in El Salvador?
His "attempt to land" in Honduras was nothing more than political theater, a dramatic ruse that ending up costing the lives of two of his supporters.
The plane he was on was flown by the Venezuelan military and while he was up in the air, he called the Venezuelan state-run news agency to report on what was happening. This is proof that Venezuela's president Hugo Chavez has a hand in these events.
