Wrong, Sen Sanders. It is government which should fear the people.
To: ianschwartz
Of course they should be afraid. The federal government can give away health care for “free” and run the private companies out of business. Just look at the private vs. public school system. You will be able to opt out of government health care, but you are going to pay for it anyway.

Well, it’s only a couple of million that will lose their jobs. A drop in the bucket compared to those who will lose their jobs to the Climate bill.

A year ago the left was resolutely quoting the line from V For Vendetta: “people shouldn’t fear the government, it’s the government that should fear the people.” A year later they’re the NKVD.

Can someone from Vermont or someone familiar with Vermont what's wrong in the state. Vermont seems like a reasonable place but it elects a creep like Sanders.
Look I'm from CA and I know that this is the pot calling the kettle black but Sanders is beyond the pale.
Besides CA has so many third world types that the Democrats run the state (over a cliff) so we have some excuse for our idiots.
What's the deal with Vermont? Is it all the lunatic New Yorkers who have moved there and ruined the state?
