But
The Baton Rouge Tea Party at a great turnout.
Unfortunately, they have garnered almost NO written press.
You can accomplish great things while operating under the radar.
Oh, I dunno. Lingering resentment among conservatives over the party's headlong rush to the left, its failure to fix glaring problems while it held the majority, and maybe an extended middle finger to the RINOS over their shameful treatment of Sarah Palin?
They deserve to be treated like lepers. Maybe it'll make some of them wise-up (I'm hopeful, but not expecting much in that regard).
500 gay activists equals 1,000 members of the media.
500 war protesters equals 1,000 members of the media.
500 Tea Party Patriots equals 5 members of the media.
With all that being said and done, the 500 Tea Party Patriots will be the people that get heard.

Howdy, I was at the last one in Baton Rouge back in April, this is a pic from it.
These really need to be called DEATH TO SOCIALISM rally's though, it's so easy for the red SOB's to talk about tea bags instead of socialism.
Maybe somebody on our side will take a course in public relations and study Goebbels, God knows the leftist's did.
