Governor Sarah Palin shocked the world on a beautiful Friday afternoon in Alaska. Political gurus don't understand why she did what she did. What is the strategy behind this political move. Why would a popular 45 year old Governor walk away from her term with 18 months left. Early questions ranged from "Is she sick ?".."Is she under investigation from the FBI ?" or..
"Is she finished with politics ?"
My theory is. YES, she is finished with politics. But not in the way you might think. She is finished with what politics have become. She is finished with playing it their way. She is finished with business as usual. She is finished with the system that has failed America. The system that led America to lose faith in her government. From November 22, 1963 in Dallas, to the Vietnam war, to Watergate, to Clinton impeachment, to the words "we are not into nation building". Americans have looked to their government like an abusive spouse. Hopefull of change at times, but then knocked down, kicked to the curb and abused as usefull idiots. The welfare state has abused the people. There is no more faith in our leadership. Who is genuine and who is not ?
We are out of money and almost out of time. I believe Sarah Palin understands this.
So, take all of your political polls. Take all of your conventional wisdom, take all of your political advice and throw it all right out the window.
I believe Palin knows it is time to save our country. It is time to fight like hell. and it is time to go out into the trenches. We can never give up. As long as we are breathing, we can never give up.
This is the United States of America.
Governor Palin is not going to play the game. she is going to change the game.

She will get her book out, go on tour, give speeches and promote conservatie principles in the midst of the Obama administration disater and gain great political capital in the process. Then she will support conservative candidates in 2010 and help them win, amassing much more political capital. She will then take all of this and make an awesome, stunning run for the Presidency in 2012.

I know SARAH is preparing for a run for President. And she’s gonna do it! We can’t listen to the liberals, MSM, RINOs and other critics.

The point is that she sees we are all about to go down the tubes and realizes just being Governor of Alaska and just being on the defensive regarding herself and her family isn’t going to cut it if she wants to fight this impending disaster.

When is it “time”?
Neither. I do not think she is planning on doing that. Though she did say she would support conservative candidates. I am not sure there are candidates who are now going to want to be affiliated with her. If she did, it would be successful with those strong core supporters she does have.
