the overwhelming issue is the logistical impossibility of running for POTUS as the sitting Governor of Alaska.

As she said in her remarks, she and her staff were spending 80% of their time answering phony charges. She was not willing to do that to her state. They were not going to allow her to run the state, period.

Governor Palin, a member of the GOP, the party of business people, must pay her legal bills with real money which somebody actually EARNED.

It is an evil and egregious tactic of the New Left.
