No way is this the current garden. Not for $200. No way would fifth graders or WH staff weed so well. There was professional help and machinery used.

By the way, that last photo link from the HUFFy Post,
obviously shows Chili type Peppers that are EXTREMELY
well advanced. They were probably started in a nursery
as far back as January. They've been well cared for and
most likely “over sized” potted plants when the were
transplanted into Her Ladyships garden.

Don't even get me started on the Tomatoes...
