Many Freepers like to think Palin is the next Reagan. The jury is still out on that. For me, I think Palin is the 21st Century version of Barry Goldwater, a polarizing presidential candidate in 1964, who inspired a generation of conservative voters. These conservatives helped bring Ronald Reagan 16 years later.

With Palin out making stump speeches and raising money for conservatives, she could motivate Right leaning voters to get involved. It would be something if Palin attended future tea parties.

Maybe we can get her to come July 12th. I think that’s where she can make the most difference. We have no leader...she can do that...and do it well. I’m actually excited just thinking about it. I’m ready to give of my time and money...but I don’t know what to do. I’m going to washington, and that’s a start. I’ve just become involved in a local org. that will look for and support conservative candidates in Arizona, but it’s not enough..WE NEED A LEADER.

That's an interesting thought.
