Telling people that their voice doesn't count, their opinion isn't to be heard is a violation of rights. The tactics described here are infringements.

Personally, they would have arrested me for handing out flyers, speaking to people, or even had taken my soapbox to the parade and read the Declaration of Independence of July 4th, 2009. But I would have tolerated the arrest to push the limits.

We couldn't get into our parade, but we were told we could work the sidewalks all we wanted and even the park tonight.

But as long as we're willing to be pigeon holed there will be no changes.
